This is testament to the team’s hard work and passion in all schemes either completed or under construction. April has seen a celebration of the many successes which support first time buyers; the awards welcome hundreds of industry professionals, high-profile companies and journalists and also presents excellent networking opportunities.
Regenta are constantly striving to build high quality new homes which focus on the detail, good internal specification and spacious living areas. Whilst the aesthetics of the home are imperative, Regenta are also searching for land in areas that have good transport links and local amenities – all the more important when selling to first time buyers.
Leyton, Walthamstow, Romford, Hertford and Ware are a few of the more high-profile areas in which Regenta have developed new housing. With 50% of the programme concentrating on the sub £750,000 market, Regenta see this as a key area of housing which is becoming increasingly under supplied. In the under £600,000 arena there is even more demand, as first time buyers are utilising the highly attractive government-backed schemes in order to secure their first home.
